Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd started her combat sports training at the age of 14. She was trained in boxing, kickboxing wrestling, BJJ, and other sports before making her debut as an amateur at the age of 18 at WCFC in a fight against Jaimee Nievera. Ladd was able to continue building upon her win in Ultimate Reno Combat, where she won three consecutive fights. She finished all of her opponents within the first round. Then she took on WCFC to win again, beating Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen was able to defeat Silvia Babaeghian, and Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9. Cynthia defeated Aspen with a majority vote. This left a mark on her record as an amateur. Ladd rebounded from her loss through defeat of Roma Pawelek in Tuff-N'-Uff, which brought her record to 8-1. Aspen signed her contract with Invicta FC in 2015 to get her first professional fight. She faced Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11 and dominated her in the first round to win a TKO. Invicta 16 saw her rise into the Bantamweight division after winning her fight with Amanda Cooper by armbar in the second round. Aspen took on McGill through her grappling and ended her fight in the third round by TKO. Aspen then fought Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18 at catchweight(138.1lb) in which Ladd was unable to reach the weight limit. Aspen defeated Hoy and finished her in the second round via TKO. The Invicta Fight Night 21 was her last event for the company. Invicta FC21, she defeated Sijara Banks in a unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut in UFC Fight Night 118 against Lina Lansberg. She dominated Lina via a fight that was a foot and pound win in the second round. In her next fight, she beat Tonya Evinger even more impressively. Ladd beat Evinger in the very first round she was awarded a bonus for her performance during the evening. Her debut fight was in her next fight in UFC Fight Night dos Anjos in which she faced. Lee against Sijara Eubanks in the Invicta FC rematch. Ladd's win was a majority decision, and she was awarded the Fight of the Night award went to both fighters. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie ended Ladd's winning streak within only 16 seconds. After a quick break her return to the ring and finished Yana Kunizkaya of the UFC in their ESPN 7 third-round fight. For a rematch, she defeated Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. The fight was a unanimous decision.
