Aura Garrido is a Spanish actor who is active in film and TV. She's appeared in Stockholm, as well as TV shows like El Ministerio Del Tiempo. Garrido was born in Madrid 1989, is a painter and composer. Tomas Garrido has been a composer for over 30 years, and also a conductor of orchestras. Pilar sanchez, Garrido's mother, is a painter and musician. Her first piano lesson was when she was four. She began ballet soon after. She had a closest friend, who was fluent in English which taught her to speak the language. Following the completion of her studies in high school and enrolment in the Real Escuela Superior DE Arte Dramatico which is located situated in Madrid where she studied interpretive studies until her third year specializing in interpretation of text, however she dropped out in the year 2010 due to being cast for the film Planes para manana. The role won her an award of Silver Biznaga in the Best Supporting Actress category, and an award for Goya Awards' best debut actress.
